Jack Bracewell — Founder, CEO/President, and Inventor
Jack is a highly qualified business executive with a career that includes progressively more responsible positions with excellent team management, communication, presentation, and analytical and critical thinking skills. He has a successful track record as a relationship builder, inventor, web architect, business strategist and consultant with more than forty-one years of sales, strategic planning, marketing and customer relationship management experience.
Mr. Bracewell’s strengths are in working in many industries types; as a consultant to IBM, working with startups, and technical knowledge combined with his expertise in executive management, marketing, sales and business solutions makes Jack a uniquely capable executive.
As an inventor, Jack has had a few firsts....
- In 1977 Jack made the first process color (4 color) screen printed shirts and the Denver Broncos wore that shirt in all Super Bowl XII interviews during pregame interviews.
- In 1995 he invented the Florida Internet Yellow Pages (FIYP) that was the first business yellow pages online. FIYP was collaboration between TerraByte and Dunn & Bradstreet serving over 500,000 Florida businesses.
- Tectus Matrix® was his first invention for agriculture and currently has many new products in development.
Lieselot Van der Veken, PhD — Chief Agronomist
Dr. Van der Veken received her PhD in bio-engineering in biological crop protection from the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium) after previously earning her M.S. in Tropical Agriculture, also from Catholic University of Leuven. Dr. Van der Veken has studied plant pathologies in countries all over the world including the Dominican Republic, Taiwan, France, Austria, Uganda, Rwanda, Democratic Republic of the Congo, along with a number of LATAM countries. Her primary experiences and studies have been in banana pathogens for twenty-years.
Dr. Lieselot Van der Veken ‘s view is to help develop sustainable crop protection solutions addressing farmer’s pains through an ‘out of the box’ innovative system approach combining bioc-ontrol, IPM and agro-ecological principles. An eager team player, she has driven engagement to interact with policy makers to facilitate development of sustainable agricultural systems.
Henriette Jorgensen Cataldo — Chief Marketing Officer
Henriette is an experienced business executive with an entrepreneurial mindset.
As a director of Zentia, a privately owned family office, she oversees its direct investments in start-ups and participates in the governance of the invested companies.
Her significant expertise in marketing strategy, brand, image and new product development comes from years of working with well-known global consumer brands for companies such as 3M, Elizabeth Arden, Sally Hansen, P&G, Gucci and is now put to work to help management teams scale up their commercial operations.
With a particular passion in the agrifood sector, Henriette is also actively involved in the management of the agricultural assets owned by Zentia, as well as supporting Salveo Agro as Chief Marketing Officer responsible for driving its ambitious European growth plans.
A Danish citizen resident in Switzerland, she studied at Copenhagen Business School and Erasmus Universiteit in Holland, graduating with a Masters in International Marketing & Management.
Henriette favours spending her spare time with family and friends, dogs and horses and out and about in the countryside.
